    • Any purchase made with Wallet Credits can be refunded as Credits only, not as cash.

    • Refunds are allowed only if:

      • The user accidentally purchased an incorrect item (request within 24 hours).

    • Refunds are processed within 48 hours as Wallet Credits.

  2. Non-refundable Transactions
