Selficlub.com Wallet & Credits Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

At Selficlub.com, all transactions are done via Wallet & Credits. Please read carefully:

  1. Wallet / Credits Refund

    • Any purchase made with Wallet Credits can be refunded as Credits only, not as cash.

    • Refunds are allowed only if:

      • The product/service was not delivered due to a system error.

      • The user accidentally purchased an incorrect item (request within 24 hours).

    • Refunds are processed within 48 hours as Wallet Credits.

  2. Non-refundable Transactions

    • Completed purchases where the product/service was delivered correctly cannot be refunded.

    • No cash refund is available, all adjustments are in Wallet Credits.

  3. Dispute Resolution

    • Users should contact admin@selficlub.com for any transaction issues.

    • Selficlub.com team will investigate and adjust Wallet Credits if valid.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    • Selficlub.com is not liable for any lost Credits due to misuse or failure to follow site rules.
